Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
- Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size (subject to stock availability).
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or shipped incorrectly.
